Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a CopperJoint error or verified manufacturing defect.
Bundles are offered at a discounted rate when all products are purchased and kept together. If a customer returns only part of a bundle, the remaining items will be charged at their regular individual prices, and the refund will be issued for the difference between the bundle price and the full price of the kept items. Size exchanges within a bundle are allowed, as pricing remains unchanged.
