Exceptional product

These are the best braces for chronic conditions. I've been able to continue playing golf because of these - have tried many others and none have come close. Only reason I've tried multiple brands is that I keep hoping to find one in white. As a female golfer, these draw attention to my condition. If they were white, they wouldn't look as bad, especially with shorts and shorts.

I have very weak ankles, so I bought these to give my ankles some extra support. They work really well, just make sure you don’t wrap them too tightly.

Kind of counter intuitive about how to put on, but a review here on August 14, 2022 has a video on to do it. The part that stumped me was where to place the first velcro fastener (even a little hard to see in the video here), which is basically on itself after the first placement around your heel/ankle. Then the second turn is *under* your arch, then up and over your ankle. I didn't want to have to sign-up to get the company video as I read here that then they start spamming you. I nearly sent it back - instructions should *really* be in the product, or a video at least as good as "StarlightSarah" posted here readily available for all. I truly believe that if the company provided this they'd have more sales and happier customers.Anyway, thank you to StarlightSarah's review who made the video how to wrap. Now I love this product, very comfortable when wrapped correctly (like in the video mentioned, I like putting the first strap under my heel, not under my arch), fully adjustable which is great, great high quality materials, and for all but the lack of instructions make it a very good value for the price!

Seem good, but didn't work for roller derby

I bought these to provide some ankle support while playing roller derby. They seem well made and provide light support. However, my feet cramped while wearing them during skating for a short period (maybe 30 minutes). I couldn't loosen them as that reduces tension on the ankle portion. Roller derby is a lot of foot and ankle movement, so I think these might do well for light activities like walking or biking where your shoes dint have to be tight, but not for more intense exercise.
