90 Day Return Window

To qualify for a return, all three conditions must be met:

  • Unused and unwashed. Items may be tried on for fit, but not worn during workouts, activities, or extended use.
  • Original condition. Packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Within 90 days of your delivery date.
Shipping fees are generally non refundable unless the return is due to a CopperJoint error or verified manufacturing defect.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer a one time size exchange within the 90 day window for unused items, pending availability. Many fit issues are resolved this way.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

To protect hygiene standards and prevent policy misuse, these items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used compression gear, including socks, sleeves, braces, and wraps.
  • Any product showing signs of wear, sweat, activity, or washing.
  • Requests based on changed mind, no longer needed, or lack of continued personal use.
  • Items damaged from regular wear and tear, improper laundering, or misuse.
  • Products purchased more than 90 days ago.
  • Final sale items or promotional/free gifts.
  • Pain relief creams, CoreRelief, or any opened topical products.
Bundle Returns
Bundle Refund Policy

If you return only part of a bundle, remaining items are charged at their regular individual prices and the refund reflects the difference. Size exchanges within a bundle are allowed.

Missing Items
Wrong or Missing Items

If the incorrect product was delivered or an item is missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the mistake.

CopperJoint reserves the right to refuse returns or close accounts showing clear signs of policy misuse, including repeated returns of worn items, excessive defect claims without evidence, improper use, or bulk returns inconsistent with normal customer behavior.
