It works way better than the one the doctor gave me. I got a large even though I don’t have a big foot but I knew I wanted to wear it over my sock. It’s not too tight.

This is my second time ordering this ankle brace. I ordered two the first time for both of my ankles and I have lost or misplaced one. If they were not worth it, I definitely would not be buying another one. I am on my feet about 6-8 hours 5-7 days a week and these braces really help keep my ankles from hurting. I was surprised because they didn’t look like they would do anything, but really grip and hold the ankles and you don’t even notice that you have them on. I highly recommend them. They definitely work for me and I have broken both of my ankles before and additionally had surgery on my left ankle. I know hurt and pain and I know comfort from the pain in order to be able to work like I want to work again.

They run tight so sizing up would be good. Have not had long but they do seem like they are going to stretch some also that will need to be accounted for. I wear a ladies size 8 and I ordered a Large because my ankle measured right at 9 inches and the Large started at a 9. I is snug when new. It gives me great support and helps with the pain. I broke my ankle last September and surgery in October. So 9 months ago, and tendons are slowest to heal.
