That growing older pains that start sitting in!! I know several ppl who have had hip replacement or knee replacement. I have been having hip pain for the last couple of year's. It has become non-stop for the last year or so. I have dealt with the pain. I am not a go jump under the knife kinda person at all and the thought of them replacing my God given parts, with foreign part's seriously concerns me. Anyway I bought a hip brace, copper infused and within 15min of wearing it I could feel a major difference. When walking it wasn't painful it didn't feel as though my hip was out of alignment it gave relief basically immediately. I will update in a few days and I never give a you gotta get one type of review on any product unless time has proven without a doubt. The relief was so immediate and obvious that I really wanted to share. No one should have to live with that type of pain daily. I can only speak from experience. The only thing I hate is I didn't order it sooner. Oh and I don't get all the fuss about instructions 🙄 very simple placement and adjustments. So far I am absolutely thankful for this product and relief!!

It is helpful but the waist portion rolls down & requires frequent repositioning.

Most important thing it would be wonderful if they made one for the right and one for the left hip.I did give me comfort as long as it stayed in position.It is quite difficult to get the leg portion on the right leg. I'm 5'1, 125 lbs and my right hip is killing me, bending over to search for and secure the leg part is not an easy feat. Worn on the right hip the leg strap velcro ends up behind the leg not in front.First try I wore out side my pants, the inside waist strap, kept falling out, no matter how tight I put it, I looked like I had a tail, as soon as I bent over out it came. Top hip strap could use more velcro points along the way. I also had to keep pulling the leg portion down.At home I wore it under shorts, stayed a little better, but my " tail " kept coming back every time I bent down, and I had to fix it. As soon as the inner hip strap falls out of position the compression is gone.I did use it to sleep in since my pain wakes me at night and I had to go from a side sleeper to a back sleeper it stayed in position better there.Using the restroom you have to decide which portion to take off, unless of course you wear it under your undies....I however do not.So yeah, it would be wonderful, if it stayed where you put it... otherwise don't bend, or sit over and over again or you will be readjusting it all day.Oh and I work in a warehouse and drive a forklift and physically push, pull and lift boxes and equipment all day. My "tail " kept getting in the wayMore velcro and right side, left side options please.

This support is well constructed. It's comfortable to wear, except that the waist has to be undone to use the bathroom when worn over clothing. I'm 5'8" / weight 170, and the waist band and leg bands overlap with a couple inches to spare.The issue for me is placement. The brace is shown on a small woman in the Amazon description. There, it appears the connection from the waist band to the leg support would lay across the outer hip in a position that would support an inflamed piriformis. But the directions say to center the waist band to open directly in the middle of the torso, like any belt.In my case, this places that supportive piece of neoprene on the side of my leg where it serves only to connect the waistband to the leg band. My assumption was this piece was meant to stabilize the outer part of the hip and it doesn't.I will try working with the placement to find the support I need, but may return it if I can't. This is a problem with a one size fits all: its effectiveness is less so at either end of the broad sizing.This belt may be perfect for you depending on what you are supporting on the upper leg/hip. The comfort factor is amazing. It's drawback for me is fit, not the construction materials. I think that would be fixable too if directions might suggest slightly different placements for different conditions.

This brace is great gives you monueverbility but ease of relief from sciatica pain it gives you ability to switch legs but seems you got to be crafty on right leg but does work when you figure out. Give younthe support your looking for its definitely must have

I really like this product. But returned it, as I jut needed something for my back only. I feel like this would help with sciatica pain if you have it down your leg.

It helped me with my hip pain and discomfort and now I wear it all the time. I feel the difference with it on . it supports my hip well and easy to put on. Size fits good and I'm a 40 waist .

My hip hurt to the point of limping until I got this hip brace. It really relieved the pain over the course of a day my hip felt much better and I was walking my normal gait. Highly recommend if you have hip pain
