Once the tea is done, strain the herbs and sweeten with sugar or honey. This concoction is a serving for two. For chronic arthritic pain, it is recommended to take one cup of tea daily.
2. Epsom Salt (Magnesium)
This natural kitchen spice is an essential mineral which helps the body to perform different functions of the body. It promotes regeneration and healing of joint tissues and bones. You can take magnesium supplements to help heal painful joints. Upping your body’s magnesium levels relaxes your bones and joints.
Recommendation: Take an Epsom Salt Bath to relax yourself. By doing this, magnesium is absorbed faster by your body. A warm bath should also temporarily relieve you from aches and make your muscles warm up and be more flexible.
