  4. Cervical Fracture – a break or a crack in one of the vertebrae can cause extreme pain to the neck and arms

  • Who are at risk of experiencing this pain? According to statistics, everyone who is active and even people who live a sedentary lifestyle. That means that everyone is at risk of getting cervical related pain with a history of neck pain are 3 times more likely to have more neck injuries in the future.
